EUR: For investors in the euro have reason to breathe freely, but it's not the end

After a weekend in the spotlight was a meeting of European finance ministers, where it had been an agreement on the package of assistance to Ireland, and were announced details of the mechanism of crisis in the eurozone. At the moment, the euro is perceived as a moderately stable support tone against the dollar comparable to the weaker tone of the dollar against other major currencies. EUR / USD pair is slightly shifted to the level of 1.33, and is currently experiencing difficulties with a stable overcoming this level. From November 1 to force a broader downtrend in EUR / USD pair remains unchanged. Although there is a modest sense of relief regarding the declaration at the weekend, in any case it's not the end. Assistance is aimed at protecting major bondholders in banks, and many questions remain to how would react to a less significant bondholders. Thus, even though at the moment for investors in the euro have reason to breathe freely, it will not last forever.
