Japan's credit rating downgraded S & P to negative

After a downgrade in January (with AA to AA-), S & P today placed a negative outlook, citing the costs of reconstruction after the earthquake and tsunami last month. Following the announcement of the yen eased from 81.45 to 81.75 on the USD / JPY, but the cost of government debt remained almost unchanged, while still maintaining the fact that the vast majority of these debts are in the country.
