More and more signs of growth inhibition of Britain: the number of beneficiaries rose in August

Number of recipients of unemployment in Britain beginning to rise. As reported today, Office for National Statistics, this figure rose to 2.3 thousand in August. In this case the previous data was revised down to barely noticeable reduction in the number of unemployed in one thousand. The graph shows how the wave decreases in employment growth as we approach the fall. Thus the current report only confirmed the existing trend. At the same time, analysts continued to put on the growth of employment. On average, the market consensus forecast of anticipated drop in the number of beneficiaries in 4000. At the same time remained unchanged level of this indicator - 4,5% for three consecutive months, and the unemployment rate for the three months to July, which amounted to 7,8%.
Despite the fact that the data were worse than forecast, the deviation was not significant and did not cause a strong reduction. Soon the pound / dollar back to 1.55. All attention is now focused on the next report on inflation, published by the Bank of England, as well as the intervention of the Government of Japan. Correlation: the growth of dollar / yen - the growth of demand for risk, including sterling, is not working today. Nevertheless, one should pay attention to the damping of recovery, all this may turn out very badly in the near future, when there are other signs of a slowdown or even decline of the economy.
